Our Mass Recruitment Service explained in more detail

PRTR’s Mass Recruitment Service was established in August 2007 as a direct response to our customers’ need for the project management of large and ongoing permanent or contract recruitment requirements. These requirements, to date, have been in the recruitment and maintenance of Call center, Customer Service, Sales and Administration staff groups for customers who want to outsource the responsibility of ensuring that a pre agreed number of staff working to pre agreed ability levels are recruited and maintained to pre agreed timelines.

PRTR has developed a flexible fee structure that allows our customers using our Mass Recruitment Service to either pay a traditional one off recruitment fee or a new and unique recruitment fee, which is charged on a rate per staff member per month and provides our customers with a fee that is linked to the success of PRTR’s service. This service is part of PRTR’s broader strategy aimed at developing long term sustainable relationships with our customers by positioning PRTR as a primary responsibility taker within our customer’s business.
