PRTROUTSOURCE.COM directly addresses the increasing need of our customers for HR, Staff and Payroll management services. These requirements, to date, have been in the provision of a part of up to a complete HR management service, the recruitment, management, ownership and control of large staff work forces under service agreements and the provision of payroll services to both small to large groups of our client’s staff.

 

KPI SERVICE CONTRACT - STAFF RECRUITMENT, MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP

PRTR has a large number of employees that work directly for PRTR at our customer sites. PRTR’s employees are there as a group to achieve a specific series of KPI agreed between PRTR and our customer under a service contract. Typically a service contract will dictate that PRTR has to achieve a specific series of KPI on a monthly basis and PRTR is paid a set amount to achieve these series of KPI. PRTR’s responsibility is to understand our customer’s series of KPI and ensure that the series of KPI are achieved by ensuring that the right number of staff with the right skills are in the right place at the right time and that these staff our managed correctly to achieve the specific monthly series of KPI agreed with at regular an ongoing meetings with our customer.

 

HR MANAGEMENT

The objective of HR Outsourcing is to improve the profitability of our clients. This is achieved by providing continuity of service, quality of service and responsibility for performance. PRTR offer a service that allows our clients to achieve cost savings in many areas; some more obvious like the reduction in the number of staff needed to administer the payroll, recruitment and other HR functions and, in the longer term, the reduction in office space and all the associated office equipment consumables and management needed to manage these staff. If HR functions are outsourced, stability is assured and if the level of quality is not good enough, the company can push the outsourcing supplier to improve, knowing that if they do not perform the agreed tasks on time and to the agreed KPI, their contract will be terminated. An outsourcing company therefore is under greater pressure to implement plans on time and to achieve greater levels of quality in order to maintain their relationship with the customer.

 

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT

Payroll Outsourcing is designed for clients who want to concentrate on their business goals and move their focus away from internal process management. PRTR’s Payroll Outsourcing service will ensure that client’s staff receive the right amount of salary at the right time, pay slips are provided to the staff (with the client’s logos if required) before the salary transfer date and any staff payroll questions and concerns are given the highest priority. In addition, it is PRTR’s responsibility to ensure that all legal and government tax requirements are fulfilled in line with the requirements of the government of Thailand. PRTR currently provides 2 payroll outsourcing schemes, one for smaller and one for larger clients. We offer an efficient, well organized and proven payroll service and take full responsibility for the establishment of process and the execution of service.
